Lee Vann is President of Captura Group. He has been recognized as a
pioneer and a leading force in the Hispanic online marketing industry with
career highlights including launching the Hispanic division of a
publicly-traded internet advertising company and most recently founding his
own Hispanic interactive marketing company. In 2001, Lee founded Captura
Group with a vision for providing Hispanic interactive solutions that
generate a quantifiable return on investment. Lee spearheads Captura Group's
Hispanic online marketing practice, providing expertise in the areas of
Hispanic inlanguage and in-culture online marketing solutions. With Lee's
strategic vision and unwavering passion, he leads Captura Group's research,
strategy, and marketing teams to concept, plan, and execute integrated online
marketing programs that address the client's critical business issues and
generate quantifiable results.

| Alberto Ferrer is VP Director of Direct and Digital Marketing for The
Vidal Partnership, where he is responsible for major accounts such as Nissan,
Century 21, MasterCard International and Heineken U.S.A. He began his
marketing career at Oasys Software, managing media planning and buying as
well as sales-lead tracking and fulfillment, and the company sales database.
Then, after several years managing major accounts at Leo Burnett's San Juan
office, Alberto joined AT&T as Marketing Communications Manager, managing
acquisition and win-back efforts for the U.S. Hispanic market. Following
AT&T, he joined J. Walter Thompson Direct in New York. He later served as EVP
for Young & Rubicam's direct marketing company Wunderman Miami, where he
created the interactive marketing department, and managed clients such as
Mastercard, AT&T and Citibank. Alberto continued his career at La Agencia de
Orci, as VP Director of Client Services for Honda, Allstate, Tampico and
Bally Total Fitness. Alberto holds an MBA with concentrations in marketing
and organizational behavior from the Kellogg School at Northwestern
University.

Peter Blacker is Senior Vice President of Digital Media for Telemundo Network Group, where he is currently developing the Spanish-language television network's digital media division. Before joining Telemundo in June, Blacker served as the Vice President International and U.S. Hispanic for AOL Interactive, where he spearheaded the October 2002 launch of AOL Latino. At AOL, Blacker developed innovative programs with major marketers, such as Ford Motor Co.'s "Mi Negocio," a Spanish-language website for entrepreneurs and small-business executives. Prior to this, Mr. Blacker held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales for StarMedia, where he developed a full revenue plan for StarMedia's global operations and managed all sales teams. Peter Blacker is from New York and holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

| John Santiago is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Media 8. In 2001, John
Co-founded Media 8 Digital Marketing, currently the leading Interactive
agency focused on the U.S. Hispanic market, representing clients such AOL
Latino, Telemundo, Hertz, U.S. Army and other Fortune 500 brands. John began
his career in interactive marketing during its infancy stages in 1996. Since
then, John has been involved in launching two industry leading interactive
agencies. He is recognized as an industry leader and veteran digital marketer
and speaks regularly at industry events regarding Hispanic digital marketing
best practices. Under John's leadership, Media 8 has been the recipient of
numerous awards for outstanding work in Hispanic digital marketing including
Best Internet Media Plan (AHAA 2004), Best Rich Media Creative Awards (MSN
Creative awards 2004 & 2005) and multiple Addy creative awards.

Bill Gato is President and partner of Hispanic Digital Network, the
nation's first Internet advertising network of U.S. Hispanic newspapers,
magazines and radio stations. He is responsible for the company's day-to-day
operations, new business development and securing advertising sales for the
network. Bill's professional communications career spans more than 17 years
in the fields of print journalism, radio and advertising. Prior to joining
HDN, he was the Creative Director and Advertising Copywriter for three of
South Florida's most-listened-to Spanish-language music radio stations, El
Zol 95, Romance 106.7 and Clasica 92. Before entering radio, Bill was a
writer and radio columnist for The Miami Herald between 1990 and 1994. Bill
has a Bachelor's degree in English from Florida International University and
an Associates degree in Journalism.
